Difficult conversations are unpleasant, but they don’t have to be unproductive. Veteran administrator Don Anderson gives techniques on how to make sure difficult conversations yield positive results for everyone involved. This academy runs for 4 hours (8:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.).
