This academy will introduce you to inquiry as a continuous improvement tool for personal, professional, and organizational growth and engage you in the step-by-step development of your own professional growth plan. This course is appropriate for any of the following types of leaders: lead teachers, department/grade level chairs, program directors, deans, assistant principals, school/district leadership teams, district leaders, assistant superintendents, superintendents, and similar leaders of other types of organizations.

IPA will deliver this ONLINE training through Zoom. To participate in the virtual workshop, you must have Internet access, a web camera, and a microphone.
