As a school leader, your emotional intelligence impacts the ebb and flow, the success and failure of your teachers, your students and your school. This session will use several resources, including the 15 Commitments of Conscious Leadership and the 4 Agreements to help you to create a plan to address, improve and maintain your emotional intelligence, as you support teaching and learning within your school. You will also have an opportunity to learn from other participants. It’s a fun session that give participants a chance to walk away with resources to support growth in the area of emotional intelligence.
