Human Capital Management

In the Human Capital Management course, participants will gain the skills and knowledge to effectively retain and develop staff, recruit high-quality personnel, and ensure staff quality and accountability. Participants will understand how to form partnerships to recruit top talent; use a research-based approach for selecting, interviewing, and evaluating candidates; foster a culture of trust, continuous learning, and collaboration to develop staff skills; and set clear performance expectations and measurable goals to ensure accountability. Successful completion establishes a foundation for those interested in pursuing the Retaining and Developing Staff, Recruiting High-Quality Staff and Ensuring Accountability Micro-Credentials.
