Innovation

In the Innovation course, participants will develop a deep awareness and knowledge of others' viewpoints to support a new vision promoting organizational excellence and transformation as well as will understand how to develop structures that foster an innovative culture, generate sustainable and human-centered change, identify priorities to build change capacity. This academy empowers participants to lead confidently and create lasting impact by integrating innovative practices and managing change effectively within their organizations. Successful completion establishes a foundation for those interested in pursuing the Creating and Sustaining Innovation and Managing Change and Uncertainty Micro-Credentials. This on-demand academy is led by Dr. Mike Lubelfeld.
