Don Anderson serves as a consultant to education and business organizations, providing mentoring and coaching development, leadership development, and strategic planning. He has worked with organizations and individuals nationwide, including Learning Forward, State of Illinois, New York Public Schools, Chicago Public Schools, Boston Public Schools, Chicago Archdiocese, New Teachers Center, and the Illinois Principals Association. He has created and implemented mentoring and coaching programs and numerous leadership programs for organizations as well as serving as an advisor in the development of local, state, and national programs. Previously, he served as a principal in two high performing school districts as well as two schools in Chicago, one of which was a turnaround school moving from Level 3 to Level 1 in less than three years.
